Job Summary: As a F&B Manager you will manage a team and range of concepts and venues covering more than 10,000sf of public space, 20,000sf of meeting and event space, adjacent to nearly 500 guest rooms in a fun, casual, fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Practice OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and comply with a l company safety policies and procedures
  • Provide genuine, warm service to al our guests throughout their dining experience, from greeting patrons and serving tables to suggesting and delivering dishes, drinks, and new menu items, to maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Attending to guest's requests efficiently and timely.
  • Supporting al Team Members in the efficient and consistent delivery of daily performance.
  • Establishing and maintaining expectations of a high level of service.
  • Setting standards for cleanliness and on-going maintenance of our dining rooms and public spaces.
  • Establishing and maintaining ‘pars' for various operating supplies.
  • Managing al Team Members completion of daily opening, on-going, and closing side work responsibilities.
  • Inventorying, printing, updating, and generally maintaining a l menus and guest touchpoints
  • Maintaining various cash handling responsibilities.
  • Conducting product inventory procedures.
  • Assisting with various invoice coding and accounting procedures.
  • Managing schedules, in-times, out-times, and breaks, including covering breaks as needed.
  • Staying knowledgeable about our current menu choices, as well as any specialties or deviations.
  • Facilitating and directing special events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English verbal and written
  • Flexibility is required. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Ability to train, direct, supervise and hold staff accountable.
  • Leadership skills, including motivating, inspiring, and goal setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal ski ls.
  • Time management and organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic Cooking knowledge
  • Barista experience
  • Bartending experience
  • Experience in basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Bilingual (Spanish)

Physical Requirement:

  • Ability to sit, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch for the duration of shift (eight hours)
  • Ability to lift and/or move and/or push up to 25 pounds without assistance
