Refresh Exterior Property Care is a fast-growing veteran-owned exterior cleaning company serving San Diego County.
We provide residential and commercial services, including:

• Window cleaning
• Solar panel cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• Exterior property maintenance

We are hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to generate new business, connect with homeowners, and book exterior cleaning services.
This is a performance-based sales role where income is directly tied to results.


Compensation (Uncapped Commission)

• Earn 10% – 25% commission per sale
• Typical job value: $250 – $800+
• Example earnings:
  • 3 sales/day → $75 – $600+ per day potential
• Top performers can earn $800 – $1,800+ per week or more

The more you sell, the more you earn—no limits.


What You’ll Be Doing

• Door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods
• Speaking with homeowners about exterior cleaning services
• Booking appointments for window, solar, and gutter cleaning
• Representing the company professionally in the field
• Generating leads and closing sales on the spot when possible
• Contacting commercial property managers for service opportunities

Who We’re Looking For
