Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - San Francisco, CA

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a fulfilling OTR opportunity that provides weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Southwest and Mountain West, allowing you to drive top-tier equipment while earning competitive compensation.

Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Our routes ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing steady miles.

Equipment: Operate late-model trucks such as International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, which come equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfortable driving conditions. You can take your assigned truck home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch operations and 85% drop and hook, minimizing physical labor and allowing you to focus on safe driving.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn between $900 and $1,200 per week, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes customer policy-based detention pay, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes cover New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. All tolls are covered by EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment, alongside $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy becomes available after 30 days with age restrictions.

Requirements
