We are a growing accounting and tax firm with over 10 offices. Excellent career opportunity for a CPA/EA candidate and/or any dedicated accounting major applicant.

Job Responsibilities:

· Perform bookkeeping and prepare financial statements

· Perform sales tax, payroll tax, and other tax-related reporting

· Prepare tax returns for individual and small business

· Perform research projects arising from the tax return preparation or clients' inquiry

· Perform respondence to the tax authorities on behalf of clients

· Be responsible for maintaining client database and tax calendar

· Perform assigned tasks by management

Qualifications:

· Have an associate/bachelor or master degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field (Required)

· Working Experience:

Junior Accountant position: 0-3 years tax and accounting experience. No experience is okay for Junior Accountant position; training will be provided.

Senior Accountant (Management Trainee): 2+ years tax and accounting experience. CPA/EA candidate or licensee required.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Detail oriented, self-motivated, quick learner, comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-task, problem solving, and being proactive

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Adobe Acrobat; Knowledge in QuickBooks and tax software is a plus

· Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred

Salary & Benefits:

· $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

· Compensation will be commensurate with experience
