Position Overview

As an Experienced Residential Electrician , you will work directly with residential customers across the Bay Area, performing installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical wiring, components, and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate testing devices
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical code specifications
• Inspect electrical components, including transformers and circuit breakers
• Install outlets, switches, panels, lighting systems, and fixtures
• Perform advanced electrical services such as:
• Overhead and underground power supply work
• Single- and three-phase electrical panels
• Meter replacements
• Running data and low-voltage cables
• Document all work performed in the ServiceTitan system

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a residential electrician
• Ability to test and diagnose residential electrical systems
• Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints and diagrams
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
• California Electrical License (preferred, not required)

Work Location & Schedule

• Report to the Burlingame office each morning
• Dispatch to assigned routes throughout the Bay Area
• Return to the office at the end of each workday

Compensation

• $33–$65 per hour , based on experience and knowledge
• Overtime opportunities (some anticipated)
• Additional incentive pay available
• Estimated annual earnings: $69,000–$135,000+ , before overtime and incentives
