Social Content Manager - Meta & Pinterest, SexyHair

What you´ll do

• Own SexyHair’s Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest content calendars — planning, creating, and publishing daily content aligned with brand and campaign priorities
• Concept, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and visual content (Reels, carousels, Stories, Pins) that capture SexyHair’s fun, fearless brand voice
• Monitor platform trends and adapt SexyHair’s content to stay culturally relevant and algorithmically optimized.
• Actively engage with the SexyHair community — responding to comments, resharing user content, and celebrating stylists and fans.
• Identify and amplify UGC that highlights transformation, creativity, and community belonging
• Collaborate with stakeholders from the Creative, Digital Commerce, Education, and Brand teams to bridge content into social storytelling
• Support the Senior Manager in identifying creators and professional stylists for collaboration opportunities
• Assist in briefing creators, reviewing content, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and storytelling goals.
• Manage production schedules, ensuring delivery of high-quality assets on time
• Ensure all content is publication-ready, visually impactful, and engaging from the first frame
• Analyze performance, track, and report on channel KPIs such as engagement, saves, shares, growth, and referral traffic
• Collaborate with Paid Media and Business Intelligence to amplify high-performing content and measure ROI

What makes you a good fit

• 3-5 years of experience in social media content creation or community management within beauty, lifestyle, or fashion
• Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest content formats and algorithms
• Strong creative skills in short-form video, photography, and visual storytelling
• Passion for hair artistry, professional education, and stylist community engagement
• Proficiency in content production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Collaborative, curious, and energized by fast-paced creative environments

The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 and $100,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
