To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: Job Description Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) - Mission Technologies is currently hiring for a part-time receptionist to work at Wright Patterson AFB. The part-time individual will work 12:30 to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. This position will require the candidate to cover the front desk, check in visitors, check/submit clearances in DISS and answer and route incoming phone calls. Additional duties will include various administrative tasks and support. Essential Job Responsibilities + Greet visitors and assist them in processing through the visitor identification and badging process according to standard operating procedures. + Work with visitor sponsors/coordinators to prepare visitor badges and other actions as required to provide superior customer service. + Should have excellent multitasking and organizational skills. + Protect and control Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in accordance with local procedures. + Send, receive and verify personnel security clearances via DISS. + Perform random security inspections and enforce local policy regarding introductions of prohibited items in to the facility. + Receive and disseminate incoming mail and sign for packages + Monitoring personnel entering the facility to ensure they are authorized and display proper identification. + Accomplish required annual training and maintain certificates, as appropriate. Minimum Qualifications + Clearance: Must be able to obtain/maintain a minimum of a SECRET Government Security Clearance and advanced security checks. + High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience + Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. + Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite is required. + Must have a professional attitude and appearance.
