HOAi (acquired by Vantaca in Fall 2024) is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the community association management industry. Our AI workforce platform integrates machine learning technology to streamline labor-heavy processes, eliminating inefficiencies and driving scalability. With rapid growth in the AI space, we are pushing boundaries to redefine industry standards.

Overview

We are seeking ambitious and driven Software Engineers to join HOAi's expanding team. This role requires individuals who are passionate about leveraging AI to create impactful solutions and are eager to take full ownership of their work. Ideal candidates will have a background in top schools or leading tech companies/startups, with full-stack development experience and hands-on AI integration knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack AI-driven solutions.
• Own end-to-end feature development, from architecture to testing and deployment.
• Work closely with customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions.
• Collaborate in a flat organizational structure where every engineer leads critical product features.
• Build scalable solutions that replace manual labor with AI-powered automation.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, contributing innovative ideas to the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in software engineering (Mid/Senior level).
• Full-stack development expertise; open to any tech stack. (Current stack includes Next.js, TypeScript, Python; Java, C# are also welcomed).
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Cloud AI, Cursor, Windsurf) in development workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier institution or experience at a leading tech company/startup required.
• Willingness to relocate to the Bay Area and work onsite (minimum 3 days/week, preference for 5 days/week).
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated AI integration experience (must be actively using AI to write more than 50% of code).
• Experience building solutions in labor-intensive, vertical industries.
• Previous work in early-stage startups or hyper-growth environments.
