Web strategist

Job Overview:

Arm is seeking an experienced and motivated Web & AI Strategist to drive the strategy, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered features across our web properties.

In this role, you will define and deliver Arm’s AI-first digital approach—building the strategy, processes, and roadmap that bring innovative capabilities to life. You will work closely with marketing, content, design, and engineering teams to ensure the experiences are visionary, measurable, scalable, and impactful.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, driving the evolution of Arm’s web experience and ecosystem through AI innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and evolve the AI-first digital strategy to drive adoption of AI features across web properties, continuously adapting to user behaviors and industry trends.
• Lead the AI roadmap and turn strategy into projects that deliver personalization, generative content, conversational tools, and other emerging, user-first web experiences.
• Lead execution from planning to launch, collaborating with technical teams to define requirements and lead all aspects of implementation—delivered on time and within budget.
• Define metrics and run experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to measure AI feature impact on journeys, discoverability, and engagement, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure Arm’s digital properties are optimized for AI discovery and search performance, including structured data, page structure, metadata, sitemaps, HTML, and robots.txt configuration.
• Leverage AI to improve internal processes and accelerate execution, ensuring faster delivery without compromising quality or standards.
• Partner with marketing and content teams to develop user-centered web pages with clear journeys and defined goals for each audience.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g, Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Human-Computer Interaction).
• Experience: 4-6 years in digital strategy, web optimization, or AI-driven product development, with demonstrated achievement in delivering large-scale digital initiatives.
• Technical Skills: Skilled in sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, and structured data, and experienced in translating business asks into technical requirements.
• Work Style: Self-starter who excels in fast-paced, high-growth environments, balancing strategy with a focus on getting things done.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

• SEO experience in content and keyword optimization, enhancing discoverability, and improving overall search performance.

Salary Range:

$120,700-$163,300 per year
