Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Monitor patient status, perform assessments, and document care decisions and outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor for therapeutic effects and adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Maintain patient safety, quality metrics, and infection control practices; participate in handoffs and rapid response as needed.

Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- ICU or critical care experience or demonstrated ability to work in an ICU setting
- Availability to work nights (3x12-hour shifts)
- Ability to work in an inpatient care environment with strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment
