TLC Nursing has an exciting 13-week travel healthcare assignment available for you at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in this picturesque location. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to provide top-notch care and rehabilitation services to patients in the SNF setting. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
