Residential Property Supervisor (Full-Time, Hybrid)
Location:  Studio City, CA 91604
Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Salary:  $66,560 to $85,000 per year, plus monthly performance-based bonuses
Work Arrangement:  Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 day remote

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Residential Property Supervisor to manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 400 residential units across Los Angeles. These include single-family homes and small multi-family buildings. This position plays a key role in maintaining the quality, efficiency, and profitability of our properties while building strong relationships with property owners, resident managers, and tenants.

What You'll Do

• Supervise a portfolio of 150+ properties throughout Los Angeles
• Lead communication with 60–80 property owners and ensure their assets are well cared for
• Manage and support 10–15 resident managers or on-site staff
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure timely maintenance follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal departments including accounting and maintenance
• Use AppFolio to manage rent collections, delinquencies, reports, lease renewals, and compliance
• Use Property Meld and AppFolio to manage work orders and vendor coordination
• Oversee move-ins, move-outs, rent increases, and building operations
• Ensure tenant issues are resolved quickly and respectfully

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing 200–500 residential units
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and California landlord-tenant regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proven experience supervising resident managers or on-site staff
• Proficiency in AppFolio, Microsoft Office, and general property management software
• Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance
• Spanish fluency required
