- Worksite: Leading university (Stanford, CA 94063-3133 - Hybrid, Must work onsite 4+ days a week, Must be willing to support different locations around the Buildings and Real Estate main campus)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment
A leading university is seeking a Water Administrative Associate. The successful candidate will provide general administrative support related to managing the water hotline, invoices, and timecards.
Water Administrativ e Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage water hotline:
- Monitor the email.
- Transfer messages as needed.
- Log inquires into Smartsheet.
- Invoices:
- Monitor invoice email.
- If the invoice requires requisition/no PO on invoice, reach out to PM for needed actions.
- Daily timecard checks: Monitor timecard reports and work with techs to ensure timely accurate timecard charges.
- P-Card purchase and verification.
- Tcard -travel arrangements.
- Bi-monthly Timecards TLA Axess.
- WRCI Meeting (ice breaker, slides, host meeting).
- Valley Water letter and payments - update and get the signature of the letter to send in with the payment.
Water Administrati ve Associate Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience.
- General administrative support experience.
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- MVR needed.
- Driver's license.
- Proficient in Microsoft systems such as Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Shift:
- 7:00 am -3:30 pm (will need some flexibility, as sometimes may be needed earlier for meetings or later for meetings).
