Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with SNF experience for a 13-week travel contract at a skilled nursing facility in California.

Details

• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Day shift, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
• Weekend coverage required on an as-needed basis
• 13-week contract
• Charting via Nethealth and PointClickCare (PCC); training available from DOR/ADOR
• ACP equipment available on-site

Requirements

• Active California PT license required; license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of SNF experience required; new graduates with SNF clinical experience will be considered
• AHA-certified BLS required

Additional Information

• New graduates are welcome to apply provided they have documented SNF clinical experience — ensure this is clearly reflected in work history
• All time off and scheduling requests should be submitted upfront at the time of consideration
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Dress code requires closed-toe shoes (no crocs or open-toed shoes), no acrylic nails, and no head coverings unless required for religious reasons; no specific scrub color required
