Maintenance Mechanic Lead - 1st shif
Working with a leading and stable pharmaceutical company seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic Lead. The ideal candidate will have experience with fillers/bottling systems in a manufacturing environment.

Position pays $40
Shifts 5am to 1:30pm
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industry.
- 3 years of leading / supervisor experience
- Extensive experience with fillers and bottling systems.
- Strong focus on maintenance management, problem prevention, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, conveyor belts, motors.
- PLCs experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily set-ups, adjustments, and maintenance of bottle packaging machinery.
- Handle quality changeovers, set-ups, adjustments, repairs, and preventative maintenance for all packaging machinery..
- Assist with Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) for new machines and tooling.
- Continuously review machine safety features to ensure optimal performance.
