Job Description

• Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of Banquet and Private Events, working closely with the Events and Culinary teams.
• Lead and supervise daily operations of In-Room Dining and Pool Food & Beverage services, ensuring consistency in quality, service excellence, and guest satisfaction.
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance development.
• Monitor service flow and proactively address any guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness, organization, and ambiance across all outlets.
• Uphold Auberge standards of service excellence and embody the brand’s commitment to genuine, intuitive hospitality.
• Participate in team meetings, briefings, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Salary Range: $69,000-$72,000

Qualifications

• Experience in event service or banquet operations is required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a luxury or fine dining food & beverage environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Knowledge of wine, food pairings, and fine dining service standards preferred.
