The Senior Analyst Technology Operations will be responsible for being a liaison to the support activities, configuration and troubleshooting to drive the best user experience and business value with Regional focus.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

As a part of this role, you will be working closely with the Technology Operations Manager, and other Bacardi Teams, support partner and vendors to help facilitate a smooth, friction-free user experience with the deployed applications, while assisting in daily operational tasks if needed. The role combines elements of operational and some project work within Operations.

Part of the responsibilities are:

• Provide ongoing ticket support and management as the Tech Ops on a wide and increasing application scope.

• Be involved in all phases of potential user interaction; from proactive issue identification to designing the ways of working and tools to use to actual ticket resolution for the customer.

• Champion opportunities to consistently improve the user experience.

• Ensure Audit compliance of the support activities within your scope.

• Experienced in working cross functional and multi-cultural teams.

• Desire to learn new platforms and working with diverse vendors.

• Ability to project manage large workloads and meet deadlines.

• Creative problem solver and resourceful in escalation situations with a proactive approach.

• Must be fluent in English (another language is a plus).

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.

• Previous experience in Shared Services environment- preferred.
