About This Role
As an Account Manager at Jubilee, you will play a key role in nurturing and growing our brand partnerships business! You’ll work across the full lifecycle of a deal - from pre-sale support to execution - partnering closely with internal production and creative teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and clients have a great experience. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, a proactive self-starter, and is excited to contribute and work with a dynamic and collaborative team! - Own end-to-end client communications from post-sale through production, ensuring alignment, clarity, and a seamless experience at every stage of the client journey
- Grow existing accounts by spotting upsell and renewal opportunities
- Assist in developing custom sponsorship ideas in partnership with creative and partnership teams
- Help manage the execution of campaigns and productions, coordinating across creative, production, and finance to keep everything on track
- Support production logistics and timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet client expectations – a keen eye for detail with production timelines a major requirement
- Contribute to client presentations and proposals, helping craft clear and compelling narratives
- Maintain and update CRM systems with account details, campaign performance, and key insights
- Track campaign performance and pull insights to support account growth and client reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to problem-solve and keep projects moving forward
Who You Are:
- 2-3+ years of experience in account management or brand partnerships (agency experience is a plus!)
- Experience working on branded video productions and managing timelines & cross-department communication
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Clear and professional communicator who is comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to learn and take feedback
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Interest in branded content, media, and storytelling
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data tracking is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive Compensation – $60,000 - $75,000
