Job Description and Duties
Under the general direction of an Information Technology Manager II, the Information Technology Manager I manages three (3) Information Technology Supervisor IIs and provides direction to three (3) high-level Information Technology Specialist IIs in support of the Department of State Hospital’s (DSH) goals and objectives. The IT Manager I is responsible for directing project teams to deliver critical, complex, high-visibility DSH enterprise level application development projects. The IT Manager I oversees and works towards implementing mature policies, practices, and systems that enable our business partners to achieve their strategic goals.

Working Conditions
- This position reports to the Allenby Building in Sacramento. A hybrid Telework schedule, consistent with the State of California's in-office requirement, may be considered with prior approval from management. The incumbent may also be required to travel throughout California as needed, with prior notice.
- DSH-Sacramento is located at an 11-floor high rise building.

Statement of Qualifications
A Statement of Qualifications (SQQ) is required and must be submitted along with your State application.
