Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $28–$35/hour
Location: San Leandro, CA

We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Commercial Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys variety in their day. This is a mobile role where you’ll travel to multiple commercial properties, using a company vehicle and tools to keep buildings running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll handle a mix of preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across commercial sites:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and complete daily work orders
• Handle minor plumbing repairs (toilets, urinals, faucets, valves, flush systems)
• Complete light electrical work (switches, outlets, fixtures, bulbs, ballasts)
• Perform carpentry and general building repairs (drywall, doors, walls, painting touch-ups)
• Maintain building appearance and functionality across multiple properties
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Complete inspections and document all work using a tablet or mobile device
• Submit service reports, photos, time entries, and job notes accurately
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Support estimates for larger repair or improvement projects

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2–5 years of maintenance or facilities experience
• Strong hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• HVAC experience is a plus
• Comfortable using technology (tablet, mobile apps, work order systems)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license in good standing required
• Experience in commercial maintenance strongly preferred
• Ability to travel locally between job sites daily
