Position: Forward / Reverse Logistics Manager
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Pay Range: $70,000 – $80,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Hiring Timeline: ASAP – to be completed by mid-to-late January
Position Overview:
The Forward/Reverse Logistics Manager will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including
HQ purchase order coordination, forward logistics, reverse logistics, service operations,
inventory management, and operational performance optimization. This role requires close
collaboration with both Korean headquarters and English-speaking team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order & Procurement Coordination: Manage HQ-issued purchase orders,
track production schedules, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Forward Logistics: Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, transportation, warehousing,
and distribution; coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners.
- Reverse Logistics: Manage returns, inspections, repairs, refurbishments, and disposal;
analyze data to reduce return rates.
- Service Operations: Ensure service parts availability and support timely
replacements/repairs; collaborate with customer service and technical teams.
- Inventory & Reporting: Monitor stock levels, prepare reports on logistics/service KPIs,
and implement process improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with HQ, sales, finance, operations, and customer
service to optimize workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or
related field
- 5+ years of experience in forward/reverse logistics, supply chain, or operations
management
- Experience with purchase order management, logistics processes, service operations,
and 3PL partners
- Proficiency in ERP, WMS, or logistics management systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bilingual (Korean & English) required
Preferred:
- Experience in consumer goods, electronics, or durable products
- Knowledge of warranty, service logistics, and return management
- Experience with global supply chains and overseas headquarters
