Compensation: Pay range: $31/hr to $36/hr depending on experience.

What You'll Do:

As a Full-Charge Bookkeeper at Dynamic Mechanical, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial records. This includes:

1. Maintaining accurate general ledger accounts.
2. Processing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
3. Preparing financial statements and reports.
4. Managing budgets, forecasting, and cash flow.
5. Ensuring compliance with tax filings and regulations.
6. Reconciling bank and credit card statements.
7. Collaborating with the leadership team to provide financial insights.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role, ideally within the construction or HVAC industry.
2. Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, especially Excel.
3. Strong understanding of payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger accounting.
4. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with prevailing wages and associated reporting requirements.
