Compensation Range: $110.00/hr - 115.00/hr

Job Description:
This role supports the client's Directory Operations team by reviewing MCP server submissions for quality, functionality, documentation, and overall end-user value.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual reviews of MCP server submissions against defined quality standards
• Evaluate server functionality, technical documentation, and protocol compliance
• Test submitted servers to confirm they work as described
• Provide clear written feedback on approval status and required updates
• Respond to support inquiries from server providers during the review cycle
• Document review outcomes and maintain accurate QA records
• Escalate edge cases and complex issues to the team lead
• Suggest process improvements based on review trends and reviewer feedback

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 2 years of experience in quality assurance, content review, or technical evaluation
  • Strong written communication skills with a high level of responsiveness
  • Ability to flag blockers, issues, and updates proactively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under high submission volume
  • Experience reviewing technical documentation and validating software behavior
  • Ability to work independently while following established review guidelines
  • Availability to work 40 hours/week during PST business hours
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Basic understanding of APIs, software integrations, or developer tools
  • Experience supporting launch-volume workflows or queue-based review environments
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Previous experience providing structured feedback to external partners or users
