Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients, including monitoring and responding to clinical changes
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage IV therapy per physician orders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Cerner electronic health record; Epic experience is preferred
- Collaborate with physicians, case management, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans
- Support patient safety, infection prevention, and continuity of care during unit float and transfers as needed

Requirements
- Current California RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical RN experience
- Cerner experience required; Epic experience preferred
- Ability to work the night shift (1900–0730) and float as needed
