What You'll Do:
🎯 Assist in the design and implementation of research studies
📊 Collect, analyze, and interpret data using statistical software
📝 Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings
🤝 Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects
🔍 Conduct literature reviews to support research objectives
📅 Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
🗣️ Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Biology)
✅ At least 1 year of experience in a research or analytical role
✅ Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R) is a plus
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
