Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator
We’re hiring a Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to manage commercial and residential plumbing projects from estimating through closeout. This role blends pre-construction estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to code.
What You’ll Do
- Manage plumbing projects from bid award through completion
- Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for plumbing scopes
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, inspections, and material procurement
- Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
- Communicate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
Requirements
- Experience in plumbing construction or plumbing project management
- Strong estimating, cost control, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Solid understanding of plumbing codes and construction workflows
- Professional, client-facing communication skills
