You Are:

A strategic, customer-focus ed leader with deep expertise in program management, with hands on experience managing SoC design flows, and the IP ecosystem. You thrive in dynamic environments, excel at building trusted relationships, and have a proven track record of leading teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and business results.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead a team of Program Managers supporting IP engagements and customer success.
* Shape the strategic direction of customer experience for your region.
* Drive end-to-end customer journeys from pre-sales through silicon success.
* Collaborate with cross-function al teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Manage escalations and resolve issues proactively.
* Partner with Sales to support contract closure.

What You’ll Need:
* B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Experience working with SoC design flows and the IP IC Design ecosystem.
* 15+ years in engineering or program management roles.
* 10+ years of people management experience.
* Experience with contract negotiations.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
