Rate: $41–$57/hour

Blue United Sourcing is connecting with an SLP who’s ready to step into a role where patient progress and team support truly stand out.
This skilled nursing facility in Lompoc is looking for an SLP to join their rehab team. You’ll work closely with patients on communication and swallowing goals while being part of a team that values consistency and collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech therapy services focused on communication and swallowing
- Build individualized treatment plans that support patient progress
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
- Create a positive and engaging patient experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed SLP in California
- SNF or rehab experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- A dependable, team-oriented mindset
