Solutions Engineer

We are partnering with a fast-growing technology company building modern software platforms used by enterprise organisations to solve complex operational and data challenges.

They are hiring a Solutions Engineer to work closely with customers and internal teams to design, demonstrate, and implement technical solutions that help organisations unlock value from the platform.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and enterprise sales, making it ideal for engineers who enjoy solving technical problems while working directly with customers.

The Role

• As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as a technical advisor and problem solver throughout the customer journey.
• You will work alongside account executives, product teams, and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, design solution architectures, and deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations.
• The role combines technical architecture, system integration, and customer engagement, supporting organisations as they adopt modern cloud, AI, and data technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work with enterprise customers to understand technical requirements and solution architecture
• Design and deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases
• Lead technical proof-of-concepts and solution validations during the sales process
• Support integration of the platform with customer systems, APIs, and data platforms
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and technical requirements
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for deploying and scaling the platform
• Help troubleshoot integration issues and support successful customer adoption

Technology Environment

The platform integrates with modern software stacks including:

• Cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• APIs and distributed services
• Data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Kafka
• Modern SaaS integrations and enterprise software ecosystems
• Automation tooling and scripting using Python or JavaScript

We’re Looking For Candidates Who

• Have experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles
• Have a strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and system integrations
• Can communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Enjoy working closely with customers to solve technical challenges
• Have experience delivering technical demonstrations or proof-of-concept solutions
• Are comfortable working in fast-moving technology environments
