Systems Engineer 3

Roles & Responsibilities Demonstrate working knowledge of the product development lifecycle Lead system/product-level feasibility and risk assessments Facilitate cross-functional knowledge sharing and resolution of in-market and product development issues Coordinate system-level product development and its integration Serve as a resource to examine system behavior issues and resolve them for on-market products Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement efforts Apply DFSS best practices on all projects Experience Required At least 5 years of related work experience (combination of work experience and advanced degrees) Experience with Systems Engineering and requirements management Familiarity with systems integration and testing, system architectural planning and design, Reliability Engineering, Project Management, and Failure Modes Effects Analysis Experience working within an agile environment is a plus Identified opportunities for continuous improvement projects/efforts Skills & Certifications Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Ability to lead multi-discipline engineering teams Strong technical background within Systems Engineering, medical device development, or similar domains DFSS knowledge and experience, or statistical test design and analysis knowledge, or Critical Parameter Management Excellent communication skills: interdepartmental and cross-functional collaboration Strong writing skills with attention to detail Eligibilities & qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Science or Engineering (required) Postgraduate degree is desirable Ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams Strong knowledge of DFSS, statistical analysis, and systems integration
