🧠 What You’ll Do

Sales Engagement (50%)

• Represent top nonprofit clients at community events, pop-ups, and high-traffic retail locations

• Engage with the public to inspire donations , build rapport, and create lasting supporter relationships

• Use face-to-face communication and direct outreach techniques to drive campaign revenue

• Develop confidence in closing sales, handling objections , and meeting performance targets

Campaign & Team Development (30%)

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing local fundraising events

• Collaborate with teammates and campaign managers to hit team fundraising goals

• Support the onboarding and coaching of new team members as you advance

Leadership & Growth Training (20%)

• Learn the core principles of leadership, team building, and personal development

• Participate in 1-on-1 mentorship and small-group leadership workshops

• Receive coaching in public speaking, communication strategy, and performance management
