- Track and account for tooling, spare parts, and production equipment in accordance with capitalization policies
- Support project-based, build-based, or milestone-driven manufacturing accounting where applicable
Fixed Assets, CapEx & Leases
- Maintain fixed asset and CapEx accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals
- Support accounting for manufacturing equipment, tooling, leasehold improvements, and facilities
- Assist with lease accounting and asset tracking related to production facilities and equipment

- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Support inventory, COGS, and gross margin analysis
- Provide ad-hoc operational and financial analyses to support production planning and decision-making
Audit, Compliance & Controls
- Prepare audit schedules related to inventory, fixed assets, and cost accounting
- Support external audits, reviews, and tax filings
- Assist in documenting and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls, particularly in manufacturing and inventory areas

- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, close efficiency, and cost visibility
- Support implementation and optimization of ERP, inventory, and manufacturing systems (e.g., ERP/ MES)
- Contribute to scalable accounting processes as production volumes increase
Required Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, inventory accounting, and cost accounting
- Hands-on experience with month-end close and general ledger ownership
- Strong Excel skills and experience with modern accounting systems
