Au Pair
Our main values are - screen-free, play-based creative exploration of art and nature - a proactive view towards conflict resolution and ability to be open and expansive in approaches to discipline - no use of texting or screens when with the children -- love of nature and art -- love of music and mindfulness - willingness to wear masks indoor common spaces - willingness to do optional local drop-offs ideally on bikes - availability on the weekends with structured activities and play - bike focus- ideally a bike lover The household includes 1 parent, 3 children (ages 11,8 and 4). We are also looking for someone who is fully vaccinated and willing to be vaccinated for the flu. Duties: -- prepare children's meals, shop for food, clean up childrens food, prepare simple vegetables (15-30 mins); keep kitchen and childrens areas clean -- work with children to tidy their rooms and organize their possessions and their time be creative with the children, music art reading nature, sports -- help the children go to bed get the kids ready for school and take them to school. Potentially travel with a parent during work trips and vacations. --
