Fire Sprinkler Service Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. This role will lead the daily operations of a fire sprinkler service department supporting service, repair, inspection, emergency response, and customer account needs within the industrial facilities and infrastructure construction sector. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily service department operations, including scheduling, workflow management, emergency repair calls, field technician coordination, and customer communication.- Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate office staff and field technicians while supporting performance improvement, accountability, and professional development.
- Manage customer relationships, service inquiries, complaints, vendor coordination, subcontractor communication, and critical work requests.
- Create and manage service agreement proposals, daywork projects, repair proposals, billing documentation, and project updates.
- Monitor department budgets, expenses, productivity, service data, and reporting to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control.
- Ensure all fire sprinkler service work is completed safely, accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and inspection requirements. Compensation and Benefits - Salary range: $100,000 to $140,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage day-to-day fire sprinkler service department operations, scheduling, emergency calls, and service workflow.- Lead office staff and field technicians while monitoring performance, quality, safety, and customer service standards.
- Create service proposals, manage daywork projects, coordinate customer communication, and oversee billing documentation.
- Track budgets, service metrics, productivity, deadlines, and reporting for department performance. - Minimum 5 years of fire sprinkler industry experience in service, repair, or inspection.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler service operations, repair processes, inspections, code compliance, and customer service expectations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for scheduling, tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize emergency work, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced service environment.
- Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications - NICET certification or related fire protection credentials.
- Experience with local fire department protocols, building inspection processes, and authority having jurisdiction requirements.
- Familiarity with project management or service management software such as Procore, ServiceTrade, or similar platforms.
- College degree or equivalent leadership training.
