Receptionist
Position: Administrative Liaison
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Liaison to serve as a key link between our customers and the lab department. In this role, you will facilitate the seamless flow of information both internally across various departments and externally to our customers. This is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn the technical aspects of our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of communication between customers and the lab department, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain alignment and support efficient workflows.
- Communicate with customers to relay updates, answer inquiries, and address concerns professionally and effectively.
- Manage data entry tasks and update information accurately using Salesforce.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare reports, track data, and support administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and email communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Eagerness to learn technical concepts and gain a deeper understanding of the industry.
