We're growing—and looking for a Business Development Director who's passionate about mental health and making a difference in their community.

Position Summary:

The Business Development Director is responsible for growing our presence in the Cincinnati area through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and community engagement. You'll work closely with our clinical and admissions teams, manage a small team, and be the face of Assurance Health to referral sources and local partners.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct market research to identify new clients, referral partners, and community outreach opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community leaders, and organizations
• Promote our programs and services at events, conferences, and health fairs
• Deliver engaging presentations to hospitals, businesses, and community groups
• Partner with the admissions and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient intake and communication
• Maintain detailed CRM records of contacts, outreach activities, and results
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet growth goals
• Lead and mentor a small business development team
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and market trends

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years in business development, marketing, or community outreach (healthcare experience a plus!)
• Passion for serving the geriatric population and mental health advocacy
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
• Familiarity with local mental health resources and Cincinnati community networks

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
