Camelia, a chef-driven French Japanese bistro recently opened in the Arts District, seeks a full-time team member for a dining room position. Tsubaki and OTOTO, our first two restaurants are located in Echo Park. Tsubaki has maintained the Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand designation as well as consistent recognition in the LA Times 101 Best Restaurants list for many years, and OTOTO was honored in 2023 with a James Beard award for Outstanding Beverage Program.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a full-service restaurant, knowledge of (or even just excitement about) food, wine, and sake, excellent communication skills, and a great sense of teamwork. We pride ourselves on offering warm, genuine hospitality to all our guests, and aim to create longlasting relationships with our neighbors and frequent visitors.
