Customer Service Associate (Full & Part Time) – $500 Sign-On Bonus
Pay: $16.90 – $19.00/hour + possible commission

What You’ll Do:
- Greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Talk with guests and sign them up for Monthly Unlimited Memberships.
- Help guests choose the best wash options and upgrades.
- Process payments quickly and accurately.
- Safely load vehicles onto the conveyor.
- Prep vehicles according to company standards.
- Inspect & wipe down vehicles to ensure BLISS-level quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site.
- Support team members to keep operations running smoothly.
- Complete scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc.).

No experience required – we provide training.
Car wash, retail, or customer service experience is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Indoor and outdoor work.
- Exposure to changing weather conditions.
- Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure.
- Fast-paced, high-volume setting.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in varying weather conditions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Flexible hours based on business needs.
- Reports to Site Manager.
