IT- Web Business System Analyst

We're looking for an IT-Web Business System Analyst candidate with experience in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, to join our team in Redwood City Office, California under a hybrid model of 2-3 days a week.

You will report to the Senior IT Global Web and Marketing Manager.

As an IT-Web Business System Analyst , you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our AEM solutions. You will work closely with our business and technical teams to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our clients.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain AEM functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify both basic and ancillary discrepancies and conflicts in application(s) requirements.
• Facilitate acceptance testing by end users to ensure appropriate standards are met and successful deployment validation is completed.
• Partner with Product Manager to develop and document requirements using use cases, scenarios, complex and perhaps conflicting business workflow analyses.
• Decompose high-level information into detailed user stories and abstract up from low-level information to detailed understanding of business needs.
• Train and support business users on AEM solutions
• Work with QA to define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.
• Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, security, and system performance.
• Study and documentation of existing applications
• Establishing yourself as the functional SME providing support for our Digital Web systems

What We'd Like to See

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field along with 5+ years of experience as an AEM Business Analyst (preferably AEM on Cloud)
• Experience with and understanding of web-based concepts/processes, automated testing tools and testing procedures.
• Good knowledge with hands-on of AEM, Adobe target, JIRA, Confluence, Brightcove, Adobe Analytics, Akamai.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC methodologies along with experience in Agile/Scrum
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; as well as work in an international team setting.
• Highly recommend to have working knowledge of other marketing tools like Marketo, Salesforce, MCE etc.

Role Essentials

• Work closely with project team, including multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and ensure requirements are understood and deliverables are aligned with long-term business objectives as well as project objectives.
• Collaborate directly with co-located and remote development team members and/or business clients and QA team and external vendors to define test cases and assist with testing efforts.
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
