Mission Recruiting is partnering with a respected Irvine litigation team seeking a Civil Litigation Associate focused on general liability and public entity matters.
What you will handle
- Day-to-day ownership of active litigation files (roughly 15 at a time)
- Discovery, depositions, and written motion practice
- Court appearances, case strategy, and client reporting
- Practical counseling for business and municipal clients
- Trial prep, with real opportunities to get on your feet in contested matters

Compensation and benefits
- Base salary targeting $130,000 to $180,000+ (structured with performance incentives)

Work rhythm
- Billable target typically in the 1,800 to 1,900 range
