Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively to optimize time for staff and clients.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required, including correspondence and document preparation.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Guide patients through prescribed therapy modalities such as: (Electric muscle stimulation, Massage therapies that include utilization of machines such as Theragun/G5, as well as many other chiropractic treatments that you will get familiarized with in person.)

Requirements:

  1. Maintain a smooth patient flow.
  2. Ensure therapy areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  3. Maintain professional behavior at all times
  4. Execute any additional tasks assigned by chiropractor.
  5. Communicate with other team members efficiently and demonstrate safe working practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields.
  2. Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  3. Proficient in computer literacy with experience in various software applications.
  4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required.
  6. Familiarity with calendar management tools to coordinate appointments efficiently.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Please note:

This position requires to be someone who does not get overwhelmed easily, can manage multiple patients and tasks at once, and most importantly someone who can bring good energy and resilience to work every day.
