Your Job Summary
The Cash Application Coordinator will work in conjunction with Accounts Payable to:
- Select Bills for check payment.
- Assist in FedEx and enveloping checks to send payments out to vendors and stakeholders.
- Assist in deposits.
- Communicate payment statuses and details to vendors and stakeholders.
- Apply wires, ACH, and EFTs to bills in conjunction with the accounting department.
- Assist in vendor balance reconciliations as needed in conjunction with AP and accounting.
- Perform other Ad Hoc Job duties as needed.
Qualifications Desired:
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- A positive mindset and can-do attitude!
