• Process and manage automotive contracts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Prepare and submit invoices and billing statements to customers and internal departments.

• Maintain detailed records of contracts, billing transactions, and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies regarding automotive contracts and billing.
• Assist with month-end and year-end billing reports and reconciliations.
• Provide exceptional customer service related to contract and billing inquiries.

• Proven experience as a Contracts Clerk, Automotive Biller, or similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive contracts, billing procedures, and industry regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with billing software, Microsoft Office Suite, and contract management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to billing or contract administration are a plus.
