Marketing Event Specialist, Staff
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events independently or as part of a team
- Manage event automation platforms and support event marketing initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on assigned event projects
- Develop event scopes, timelines, budgets, and execution plans
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venues, food & beverage, transportation, staffing, décor, AV, security, and promotional materials
- Research, negotiate, and manage contracts with venues and third-party vendors
- Oversee event budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, financial tracking, and budget reconciliation
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and international offices to ensure successful event delivery
- Lead audio-visual planning, lighting, stage production, and technical event requirements
- Manage event communications and provide regular project updates to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot onsite event challenges and implement effective solutions
- Support large-scale events by assisting project managers during planning and onsite execution
- Develop and maintain event processes, best practices, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with branding, marketing, and digital guidelines
- Travel as required, including weekends and holidays, to support event execution
Skills:

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred
