Your day-to-day:

• Provide an engaging, friendly experience to all guests
• Maintain a "customer-first" attitude while working with speed and efficiency
• Operate the POS system, process transactions, and resolve guest inquiries
• Increase sales through up-selling and signing up guests for our Rewards program
• Manage online orders and ensure smooth transactions for third-party pickups
• Maintain cleanliness in the front of the house by bussing tables, taking out trash, and keeping the dining area tidy
• Stay informed about our seasonally changing menu and assist guests with dietary restrictions
• Follow all food and safety standards
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks
• Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to our uniform policy
• Communicate respectfully with coworkers and customers, modeling friendly and business-appropriate behavior
• Take on additional duties as assigned by your manager
