About the Role
Our client, a growing brand in the food & beverage space, is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to support both corporate hiring and store leadership recruitment. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting.
You’ll work closely with Operations, HR, and District Managers to build strong candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth, positive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Recruiting
- Source and recruit for corporate and support office roles
- Build pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Store Manager Recruiting (Primary Focus)
- Own the full hiring process for Store Manager roles
- Build pipelines across CA, NV, and AZ
- Source through hospitality/QSR channels and industry groups
- Conduct initial screens and manage a structured interview process
- Partner with District Managers and Operations on candidate selection
- Maintain a strong bench of candidates in key markets (Phoenix, Las Vegas)
Internal Talent
- Identify and support internal candidates ready for promotion
- Partner with Training and Operations on development pipelines
Offers & Onboarding
- Assist with offer creation and negotiation
- Support a smooth transition from offer to onboarding
Employer Branding & Experience
- Represent the company’s culture to all candidates
- Ensure a professional, positive candidate experience
- Help support social and employer branding efforts
Reporting
- Track pipelines, time-to-fill, and hiring metrics
- Use data to adjust sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or high-volume hiring preferred
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple roles at once
- Strong communication skills
