Reach Truck Operator

Join the Randstad team at our fast-paced distribution center dedicated to supporting a grocery store Distribution Center. As a Forklift Operator, you are the backbone of the supply chain, ensuring fresh, high-quality groceries reach the shelves. This isn't just a "sit-down" job—we are looking for versatile operators who can handle a variety of equipment in a chilled environment.

salary: $21 - $22.66 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 4:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Precision Operation: Efficiently operate Stand-Up Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ), and High-Reach trucks.

Cold Chain Execution: Work comfortably in a refrigerated warehouse environment (temperatures ranging from 34°F to 55°F).

Inventory Flow: Load and unload trailers, pull pallets for store orders, and replenish picking slots.

Safety First: Maintain Penske’s high safety standards, performing daily equipment checks and ensuring a clean workspace.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
• working weekends
