Qualifications & Requirements:
- Professional Cleaning Experience.
- Maid and House Cleaning.
- Commercial Building Cleaning.
- Industrial Building Cleaning.
- Ability to work legally in the United States.
- A Valid Driver’s License is required to drive to each location.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Green Card / Legal status. Must be able to show proof.
- Experience following proven cleaning methods.
- Experience operating various cleaning tools and equipment.
- Background check & live scan.
- Random Drug Testing.
- Must be able to use own vehicle; may be required to go from building to another facility daily.
- Experience and success working on a Team.
- Good Communicator.
- Coachable and Teachable.
- Flexible Open schedule, able to work nights and weekends.
- Experience in managing and or leading multiple cleaning crews.
