Summary of :
The Marketing Fulfillment Associate Manager is responsible for the fulfillment of marketing materials at store level. This includes ensuring materials for promotions, new initiatives and other marketing collateral inventory items arrive at our stores on-time and according to specifications to set Panda Express apart as the world's leading fast casual American Chinese brand. This position oversees project requests from marketing teams and other teams across the company working on the execution of in-store marketing initiatives. In addition, this position responds to requests from our Operations teams to ensure they have all the signage and supporting materials needed to manage their stores effectively and deliver a great guest experience. The Associate Manager plays a significant role in the oversight of the relationship with PRG's fulfillment vendors.
You'll get a chance to:
- Assess internal and external practices and develops recommendations to continually optimize the function in partnership with cross-functional teams involving Marketing, Fulfillment Vendor, Information Services, Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
- Propose and launch new enhancements to our marketing fulfillment processes on an ongoing basis to drive cost savings, time savings, and/or other benefits to the company.
- Oversee the printing, kitting, and shipping of marketing materials for all national promotions, regional activations, and market tests to deliver all collateral to our stores on-time and per requirements for each individual store.
- Maintain updated profile of all our stores to ensure an accurate blueprint of our full system so we can deliver the appropriate collateral.
- Consistently updates our store profile to reflect any learnings from past campaigns along with integrating new store openings and renovations.
- Responsible for forecasting and demand planning for marketing inventory items to ensure no out-of-stocks and purchases items at favorable pricing for reorders.
- Oversee the marketing fulfillment vendor to ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Develop and execute corrective actions to remediate any issues.
- Resolve all questions and assistance requests from our stores regarding marketing collateral in a timely manner.
- Forecast and oversee the fulfillment budget on a periodic basis to ensure spend is within expectations.

Your background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Supply Chain Management or related field required.
- Minimum five years of directly applicable project management, marketing operations, supply chain management, or logistics experience, preferably in a nationally branded retail/hospitality environment
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
- If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.

Pay Range P3s: $80,500 - $113,000 / Annual- Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
