Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter various types of data into our company databases and systems from source documents within time limits.

* Review, verify, and correct data where necessary to ensure the highest levels of accuracy and completeness.

* Maintain and update records, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all sensitive information.

* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.

* Comply with data integrity and security policies to protect sensitive company and client information.

* Collaborate with team members to support various departments with their data needs and ensure consistency across the organisation.

* Identify and report any data-related issues or inconsistencies to the relevant management.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.

* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong command of MS Excel.

* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

* A strong understanding of data confidentiality principles and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* High school diploma or equivalent; further computer training or certification will be an asset.

Compensation

* This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $40 USD , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
